The Data Controller processes the following personal data in relation to the Partner and its subcontractors for the following specific purposes: purpose of processing: contractual relations between the Partner or subcontractor and the Data Controller.

Data processed: contact details: name, telephone number, e-mail address

Alegal basis for processing: performance of contractual obligations arising from a contract between the Partner or subcontractor and the Data Controller. [Article 6.1.b GDPR]

Astorage period: 8 years after termination of the contract.

Adata storage method: paper and electronic

In accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, the data subject is entitled to:

  • request access to your personal data
  • request the rectification of your personal data
  • request the erasure of your personal data
  • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data

exercise the right to data portability with regard to your personal data, and - object to the processing of your personal data.

Right of access: the data subject has the right to receive feedback on whether his or her personal data are being processed and, if such processing is taking place, the right to access his or her personal data and certain information relating to the processing.

The right of access covers, among other things, the following information:

  • purpose of processing
  • the scope of the data processed
  • legal basis for processing
  • time limit for data storage - method of data processing

Recipients of data transfers:

  • the range of data processors

The data subject also has the right to request a copy of the personal data processed by the Data Controller.

Right to rectification: in certain cases, the data subject has the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning him or her rectified or incomplete personal data completed at his or her request.

Right to erasure: In certain cases, the data subject has the right to have personal data relating to him or her erased at his or her request and the Data Controller is obliged to erase such data.

Personal data must be deleted if:

  • the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
  • the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing or the data subject objects to the processing;
  • the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
  • the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
  • personal data are collected in connection with the provision of information society services to children under the age of 16.
  • where the controller has made the personal data public and the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, it shall erase them and take reasonable steps, including technical measures, taking into account the available technology and the cost of implementation, to inform the controllers that process the data that the data subject has requested the erasure of the links to or copies or replicas of the personal data in question.

Right to restriction of processing: in certain cases, the data subject has the right to obtain, at his or her request, restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her. In such cases, the data may be processed only for specified purposes.

Right to data portability: in certain cases, the data subject has the right to receive personal data relating to him or her which he or she has provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to transmit such data to another controller.

The data subject may also have the right to request, where technically feasible, the direct transfer of personal data between controllers.

Right to object: in certain cases, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data and in such cases the Controller may no longer process the data.

The data subject may object to the processing of his or her personal data, if the processing or transfer of the personal data is necessary solely for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, the recipient or a third party, except in cases of mandatory processing, where the personal data are used or transmitted for direct marketing, public opinion polling or scientific research purposes; and in other cases provided for by law.

You may request information about the processing of your personal data and request the rectification or, except for processing required by law, the erasure of your personal data by the means indicated when you collected the data or by contacting the Data Controller at the contact details indicated.

The data subject may exercise his/her right of redress or lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C.) or with the competent court of law of his/her place of residence or domicile.
